Crafted by Oxley’s in collaboration with The National Trust, the Octavia Double Bench redefines outdoor dining with the quiet poetry of heritage-inspired design. Designed to be at home among flower beds and herbaceous borders, it’s the perfect addition to soften any space and comfortably seats 2 people. Named in homage to Octavia Hill, one of the founding members of The National Trust, the design draws elegantly on a historic floral motif first sketched in an 1872 pen-and-ink drawing of an herbaceous border by celebrated garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. This intricate pattern is artfully translated in cast detail across the chair’s back and seat, creating a visual language that feels both decorative and disciplined – equally at ease among cottage blooms or poised on a manicured terrace.

Handcrafted in the Cotswolds from recycled aluminium, each Octavia Double Bench embodies a thoughtful blend of longevity and lightness, finished by hand in your choice of colour and paired with sumptuous outdoor cushions.
