Crafted by Oxley’s in collaboration with The National Trust, the Octavia Lounger redefines outdoor dining with the quiet poetry of heritage-inspired design. The Octavia Lounger, available in both Single and Double options, is designed for long, unhurried moments outdoors. Its sculptural silhouette and gentle recline create a quiet focal point on a terrace, by a pool, or alongside a garden border and is perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a summer afternoon. Named in homage to Octavia Hill, one of the founding members of The National Trust, the design draws elegantly on a historic floral motif first sketched in an 1872 pen-and-ink drawing of an herbaceous border by celebrated garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. This intricate pattern is artfully translated in cast detail across the chair’s back and seat, creating a visual language that feels both decorative and disciplined – equally at ease among cottage blooms or poised on a manicured terrace.
